About
My focus is simple: deliver measurable outcomes, build trust, and make change last.
I help organizations turn ambition into outcomes that matter. For more than two decades leading transformations across industries — from global banks to energy and professional services — I’ve learned that success is never just about technology. It’s about aligning people, processes, and systems so that change becomes real, not theoretical.
Originally from the U.S., I’ve spent over twenty years living and working in Europe, leading complex, cross-border programs where trust, cultural nuance, and execution discipline define success. Whether at Shell, Deutsche Bank, T-Systems, or as a Partner at KPMG Netherlands, that global perspective has shaped how I drive transformation at scale.
I’ve managed portfolios worth hundreds of millions, navigated regulatory landscapes, and guided executives through high-stakes decisions. What matters most is when people see themselves in the outcome — when transformation becomes their story, not just a program.
Outside of work, I enjoy time with my family, sailing, woodworking, and brewing beer. Living in Europe has deepened those passions — whether sailing in the Adriatic or refining traditional Belgian and German beer styles. In many ways, these pursuits reflect how I approach transformation: respect what exists, unlock potential, and shape something better for the future.
